Look, kiddo, what the hell do you want me to say? Everybody's having screwed up dreams, there's psychic pokemon perving on people while they sleep...I dunno what's going on.

Maybe...you got some shit from somewhere else. I'm not necessarily saying me, 'cause dreams are private shit, but maybe there's some weird freaky dreampocalypse going down.

You're not the only one who's had weird nightmares recently.

I know that, old man. I'm well aware that those stupid Pokemon wandering around are doing this to everyone.

But this is the first time I've had someone else's dream. It didn't feel right, it didn't feel like something I'd normally dream about.

So look, when it comes to weird Pokemon shit, there's not much ya can do about it.

You know that wasn't your dream, you know weird dream Pokemon are messing with people. That's two facts right there, I bet you're already ahead of most of the assholes around here with just those.

And just as a general bit of information that might be helpful right now, dreams are friggin weird. Everybody's dreams. I know mine are really weird. I'm a kinda paranoid guy, I can admit it, but it's not paranoia when a lot of people used to be out to get ya. I worry a lot about losing things that are important to me. And I watch a lot of weird TV before bed, it does some messed up stuff to the subconscious.

[Vanitas is frowning on his end, taking in what Jack's saying and reading between the lines even if he probably shouldn't be. He had a feeling this was Jack's way of saying that yeah, it was his dream but..

[Jack just isn't in the mood to get into what that particular dream means, but...well, he's not lying. Fear of losing his power, his wealth, his loved ones...those are real fears. They manifest in his dreams.]
