Vanitas glances over at Yuri when he feels the weight against his side, relaxing slowly but surely until he moves to rest an arm around him.

"Next time I see one, I'm sicking Scrapper on it," he muttered before letting out a sigh. "Hopefully this stops soon. It's getting really annoying."

And frustrating. He had no idea how to deal with this. Any of it.

"Good luck with that.. I heard some dumb asshole's bird messed up its face trying to attack one.. they just vanish really fast. Or get hypnotized. Maybe they'll just get bored and leave us alone eventually."

It was nice having a solid presence next to him but he wasn't going to admit that out loud. He worked hard at cultivating this don't need anyone image.

"Well if you're having trouble sleeping you should just stay over here in my bed."
