Wearing: Markings: Unversed symbol carved into the back of her head trunk Holding: Coba Berry
Met in Goldenrod City (level 15) | May 21st, 2017 While very much a temperamental little shit, Flood is the best partner that Vanitas could have gotten. She loves causing trouble and thoroughly enjoys her trainer's antics, generally helping with them wherever she can. Her devotion towards him is helping her become an extremely strong Phantump who has no real desire to evolve anytime soon. (She likes being small enough to ride around on Scrapper or sit on Vanitas's head.) She gets a kick out of picking on Vani's Woobat, Toppler, and loves to con people out of snacks with Shadow. When she doesn't get her way Flood turns into a salty little brat, throwing a tantrum and refusing to do anything until she gets what she wants and it's perfect. Again, great for Vanitas.
Taking it upon herself to steal a Psychic TM, Flood now has the ability to communicate with people--Arceus help us all. She uses this new way of communicating to stir up trouble whenever she can and to chat with the object of her admiration--Handsome Jack. Don't mistake her chit-chatty nature for her being an airhead, though. She's still as manipulative as ever and loves stirring up trouble with Shadow.
She's shown to have a fondness for cats, taking to Potya--Yuri's Glameow--almost immediately and adoring Flick and their love for trouble. Maybe it has something to do with their fluffy fur. Who knows.
When Vanitas's loyalty to Team Rocket began to waver Flood started to try and coax him back, urging him to stick with them; to keep working for them because it wasn't as bad as what Walter was telling him. Vanitas was quick to have her and Toppler de-chipped, though, and her attitude changed quite a bit. She's still her usual cheeky and manipulative self but she's a bit more quiet and cunning as well, clearly ready to make anyone that dares to try and harm her trainer pay. She's 100% loyal to Vanitas despite having been a Team Rocket Pokemon and has no plans of leaving him anytime in the near future.
