Instead he got this little shitlord hell-spawn that is clearly the reincarnation of his former master. Nort will not take no for an answer and screw anyone that thinks she isn't the boss of this team. She won't hesitate to slap any of the other members of Vani's team that try and put her in their place and will start screaming at the top of her lungs if that doesn't work.
Vanitas hates this little shit.
She has, of course, found herself a gaggle of followers among Vanitas's Pokemon, much to his dismay. Particularly Braig the Noibat is happy to do whatever she screeches at him to do and Zorya, Yuri's Pikachu, seems to enjoying help her cause as much of a scene as possible. She's seems to be taking the place of leader among most of the ghosts as well which is a little weird and Vanitas tried to ask Flood about it but she just grinned impishly and shrugged. Whatever the hell is going on with Nort, Vanitas is just going to pretend it's not happening. Because that always works so well.
Apparently if a Pokemon loves making your life a living hell it can cause them to evolve even if you are at odds with them. This is something that Vanitas has recently learned and now he spends every waking minute keeping Nort away from Moon Stones.
